Terms of use

This document is being drafted and will be completed before the service opens.

These terms govern the use of Loves Infinity. The service is reserved for adults (18 and over) looking for a relationship in a respectful way.

The service

Loves Infinity is an online dating service, operated by DG Technology SRL, Brussels, Belgium (company number 0824.504.453), contact privacy@lovesinfinity.com.
By creating an account you accept these terms, the community guidelines and the privacy policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, use the service for yourself only, give accurate information and have only one account.
You may not join if we have previously closed your account for breaking these terms.

Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account.
You can hide your profile or delete your account at any time in My account, Privacy and data.

You remain the owner of your texts and photos. You allow us to store them and show them to other members, only to run the service, for as long as they are online.
Your photos must show you, recognisably, and follow the community guidelines. New photos are checked (by our team, and possibly automatically) before other members see them.
You must not publish anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.

Forbidden in particular: asking for money or running any scam, harassment or insults, fake profiles or photos of someone else, sexually explicit content, advertising or commercial use, and any contact with minors.
Never send money to someone you met on the site. See the safety tips.

Members can report a profile or a message. Our team reviews reports and can refuse a photo or suspend an account for 7 days, 30 days or permanently.
Every decision tells you the rule concerned and, where relevant, an explanation. A suspended member can appeal once from their account; a person reviews the appeal.
In serious cases (danger for someone, minors, crime) we may inform the competent authorities.

To limit spam and scams, free members wait a few minutes between two messages and can start a limited number of new conversations per day. The current limits are shown when you write.
Premium plans can lift these limits.

Premium plans, their price (including VAT), their duration and what they include are shown on the Premium page before you choose.
Premium can also be granted by our team, for example during a launch offer.
When online payment is available, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it; you can cancel at any time and keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
As a consumer in the European Union you have 14 days to withdraw from a paid subscription. If you ask for Premium to start straight away, the part of the period already used may be charged.

We do not check the criminal record or the identity of every member. The verified badge only means that a member’s selfie matched their photos.
Be careful when meeting someone: meet in a public place and tell someone close to you.

We do our best to keep the service available and safe, but cannot guarantee it will work without interruption or that every member behaves well. Each member is responsible for what they publish and do.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it, nor your rights as a consumer.

You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after a decision explained to the member.

We will tell you about important changes to these terms before they apply. If you do not accept them, you can delete your account.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the law of your country of residence and can go to its courts.
